our own Dickson Avenue staff to ensure expert service and assistance.
Alternatively, if you would prefer to make your own transport
arrangements, we will pack your purchase to help ensure that it
arrives in good condition.
Please note we try to keep to allotted delivery schedule to the best of
our ability. Discretionary times can be avoided if customers give
clear delivery instructions.
Our Delivery and Installation Fees are based on there being reasonable
access at the delivery address. Should there be excessive time
spent because of unreasonable access or removing of existing
furniture etc. there could be an additional charge payable on delivery.
How soon can I expect delivery?
If you are located in metro Sydney, items that are in stock can be dispatched from our warehouse within 5-10 working days. As soon as you make a purchase, our sales assistant will inform you of our next delivery schedule.
Items on backorder and custom ordered items will take longer.
Our sales assistant will inform you of the lead time as your make your purchase. As soon as the item arrives at our warehouse, we will contact you to arrange delivery at your earliest convenience.

Delivery & Handling
All furniture that is in stock can be dispatched within 5-10 working days to locations throughout metro Sydney. One of our staff will be in contact to arrange delivery at a time convenient for you.
Our delivery charge is based on location, we are happy to provide you with a quote according to your address.
Also, the standard delivery fee assumes reasonable access to the address. Should excessive time be required due to limited access to the property or removing existing furniture, there will be an additional charge payable upon delivery.
Absolutely, we are happy to help coordinate with your own transportation arrangements and will have your furniture packed and ready to be safely transferred.
Most of our furniture is pre-assembled, however larger items occasionally require minor assembly.
Our staff will completely install every piece of furniture as a part of our comprehensive delivery service.
Yes, we are happy to arrange removalists or couriers depending upon the delivery address. Please direct any questions to our staff and we will find the correct solution for your order.
Although it is preferred that your furniture order be delivered when you are home to receive it, prior arrangements can be made to leave orders in a secure location.
